1. Biblical Foundations for Revelation, Restoration, Revival and Reformation

Since AD 1517 which marks the beginning of the Reformation, the church has been going through a time of restoration. What was lost in the church in terms of revelation and practice has been restored progressively, beginning with the Truth of Salvation by grace through Faith in Jesus Christ led by Martin Luther. Prov 29:18 states that without fresh revelation, the people perish, or cast off restraint. Restoration comes when we receive fresh revelation of the truths that will position us for the current moves of God.

This course will empower the participant to understand the full scope of God's Revelation and Restoration, thus preparing us for Revival and Reformation.

2. Leadership Selection and Development 1 - Spiritual Formation, Ministerial Formation

When Christ calls a person into ministry, He intends to develop him to his fullest potential. From the studies of thousands of leaders, both biblical and contemporary, one can discern a pattern with which God develops His leaders. When a leader becomes more conscious of how God processes this development, the leader is more able to respond to Him for effective development. This course will give the leaders a broad perspective of the process of leadership development. The leader will learn about the concept of the Leadership Time Line and will be able to understand how God is developing him at different stages of his ministry maturity. Ministry flows from being, and the leader will understand the importance of managing the core areas of spiritual and ministerial formation.

3. Leadership Selection and Development 2 - Strategy Formation and Finishing Well

Together with spiritual and ministerial formation, strategic formation is the third important core area of formation of a leader. To make the greatest impact as a leader of God, there is a need for the leader to understand his spiritual DNA, calling and destiny. This will help the leader to be strategic in the focus of his life and ministry, resulting in great fruitfulness. This will also enhance the leader's ability to finish well, as research shows that only one in three leaders (biblical and contemporary) finish well.

4. Apostolic-Prophetic Impartation and Spiritual Gifts

Effective ministry is the result of the leader exercising spiritual authority through intimacy with the Lord and gifted power. The leader will learn about his own spiritual gifts in the context of his overall giftedness which includes natural abilities and acquired skills. This module will focus on the three groupings of spiritual gifts - power gifts, love gifts and word gifts. Spiritual gifts can also be imparted through the laying on of hands as exemplified by Paul imparting to Timothy (2 Tim 1:6). Knowing his own spiritual gifts and how to operate in them will give the leader great confidence to exercise them with authority, for the building up of the saints and the extension of the Kingdom.

5. Communicate the Word with Power 1 - Mastering the Word according to your Giftedness

This module will provide the leader with a paradigm of mastering the Bible based on his/her giftedness set. One important premise of this module is the discovery that all leaders have at least one word gift, and the scope and depth of the mastery of God's word is determined by whether the word gift is at a foundational, superstructural or remote level. With this understanding, the leader will then be able to design a plan to master God's wordwith an understanding of their core set of Bible books and an effective equipping formula for personal growth.

6. Communicate the Word with Power 2 - Mastering Preaching/Teaching for Transformation

This module builds on the previous one (mastering the Word based on a leader's giftedness). Depending on the leader's giftedness, effectiveness in communicating the Word will be determined by how the leader has mastered the Word and how much it has been allowed to impact and transform his life. Practical steps in choosing the topics, texts, hermeneutics (art of interpreting the word) and homilectics (art and science of preaching the word) will be taught in this course, to help a leader communicate with power.

7. Developing Spiritual Authority, Faith and Anointing for Ministry Fruitfulness

Every leader must understand how to move in faith and spiritual authority in order to have any chance of being fruitful. Heb 11:1 tells us that without faith, it is impossible to please God. The Great Commission of Jesus Christ has, at its core, the understanding and use of Authority. The anointing is that which transforms lives whenever we release it with faith. Exercising faith and releasing the anointing with Spiritual authority is explosive. Faith is the currency of the Kingdom, and it keeps the substance of life and power flowing to impact people and circumstances. The leader will learn firsthand both the biblical and practical understanding of this powerful spiritual tripod, and will receive an impartation to set these ablaze in their lives.

8. Kingdom "DRIVE": Disciplines, Re-Alignment, Integrity, Values, Empowerment of a leader

The "DRIVE" of a leader will determine how much of God's power can be released through him in a way that will not destroy, but will be a blessing to the recipients and also to the conduit (person) himself. How we can develop these essential components that will systemically work to build up both the leader and those led, will be the focus of this module. From the research on thousands of leaders, it is found that these key components in the ‘DRIVE' of a leader are critical not only for ministry effectiveness and fruitfulness, but also how well they will finish in life and ministry.

9. The Kingdom of God - Theology and Practice

There is a shift from Church-centricity to Kingdom-focused in the ministry, and rightly so! For too long the church has preached on many topics but not the Kingdom of God. Jesus said in Matthew 24:14 (KJV), "And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come". If we truly want the soon return of the Lord, we must preach the gospel of the Kingdomfaithfully. Luke was very careful to point out the substance of Paul's preaching and teaching in Acts 28:30-31 (KJV) "And Paul dwelt two whole years in his own hired house, and received all that came in unto him, preaching the kingdom of God, and teaching those things which concern the Lord Jesus Christ, with all confidence, no man forbidding him".

This module will explore the understanding the theology of the Kingdom of God and how we can preach it effectively by demonstrating the supernatural nature of the Kingdom manifested in powerful demonstrations of healings, signs and wonders.

10. Kingdom Glory 1 - The Power of Praise and Worship, Third Day Intercession.

The heights of our praise will determine the depths of our worship! As we praise the Lord in all situations and move into High praise, we begin to Enthrone Him and Execute His Decrees. We praise Him for what He has done, for what He is doing now and for the great things He will do in the future.

When we truly praise Him, the spirit of worship will come and bring us to the place of just loving and adoring Him. We are no longer talking about what He has done and is doing, but are simply lost in worship of Him, His person and His beauty. This is true worship, as Jesus said in John 4:23-24. When we truly worship, the glory will come and this is where we can learn to move in His glory. With the glory comes a revelation and how we can move into third-day intercession.

11. Kingdom Glory 2 - The Three Realms of the Supernatural

Jesus told Nicodemus, "Unless a man be born again, he cannot see the Kingdom of God" (John 3:2). This module will focus not only on how the leader can see the Kingdom, but more importantly, walk in the power of the supernatural Kingdom. Understanding these three realms of the supernatural will help the leader move in ministry the way Jesus demonstrated 2000 years ago. This module is critical to a leader wanting to minister in the glory of God.

12. Kingdom Glory 3 - Signs and Wonders and Creative Miracles

This module will bring fresh understanding of signs and wonders and their importance for the leader wanting to move in God's supernatural power. The ‘whys' of signs and wonders and how to move in themwill beexplored. The leader will also be taught the principles of operating in creative miracles and the various techniques involved in releasing healing.

13. Kingdom Glory 4 - The Three Levels of Heaven and Activating Angels

2 Corinthians 12:2 I know a man in Christ who fourteen years ago---whether in the body I do not know, or out of the body I do not know, God knows---such a man was caught up to the third heaven.

This module will provide an understanding of the realms of heavenly glory and of what heavenly encounters are. The scriptural basis and purpose of heavenly encounters will also be explored.

14. Kingdom Glory 5 - Moving in Blessing, Favor and Increase!

This module will enable the leader to understand and walk in blessing, favor and increase. The leader will learn how to build upon the realms of blessing by understanding the tithe, offering and the seed. Keys to supernatural blessings and reaping financial miracles in the glory will also be covered.

Profile of Chee Kang Seng
